Terms and Conditions

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use our services.

Service Description

Our social media marketing services include but are limited to account management, content creation, paid advertising, and analytics reporting.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about your business, target audience, and marketing goals.

You also agree to provide us with access to your social media accounts, passwords, and any other information required to perform our services.

Payment and Billing

We will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of our services and associated fees.

Payment is required in full prior to the start of the project.

Any additional work requested beyond the scope of the original proposal will be billed separately.

Intellectual Property

Any content created by us during the course of our services, including but not limited to social media posts, graphics, and videos, remains the property of our company. Any content provided within a free trial will have the company watermark and Logo.

These can be shared by clients on their social media platforms but cannot be sold or traded.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not share any confidential information with third parties without the client's express consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding fees must be paid in full.

In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date. Cancellation of the monthly subscription should be done at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

If it was a free trial, the termination should be done before the end of the free trial. If the client has not cancelled before the renewal, the company may not refund the money. If the management decides to refund any money, the amount paid back will be subject to foreign currency exchange losses, admin fees and any other charges incurred by the payment process.

30-day written notice is required for any cancellations of monthly packages.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by you for our services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our social media marketing company will use best practices to avoid any issues that may arise on social media platforms.

However, we are not liable for any blocked accounts or other consequences that may result from the use of social media platforms.

The client acknowledges that social media platforms have their own terms and conditions that must be followed, and that any violations of those terms and conditions are the sole responsibility of the client.

If the client does not provide access or required information during the membership period or trial period, it is not Chaminda Tennakoon Ltd's responsibility to keep requesting the information. In this instance, the company may only post and manage the accounts they have access to. No money will be refunded for not providing access or providing incorrect information.

All communications should be made by email to keep track.

Service Limitations

Our social media marketing services are provided as described in the package at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, and we are not obligated to provide additional services beyond what is included in your package.

Any additional services requested by you may be subject to additional fees and will be provided at our discretion.

Changes to Niche and ideal client

Our team prepares all content based on the answers the client provides on the questionnaire.

If the client decides to change the niche or the ideal client after submitting the answers to the questionnaire, we cannot change the content immediately as they are created well in advance for scheduling. Therefore, if the client decides to change the niche or the ideal client, then they must contact us and re-submit answers to a new questionnaire. After getting the new details, it will take 7-14 days for us to update the new details.

Chaminda Tennakoon Ltd. does not take any responsibility for the loss of services during this period due to the change. This may incur additional fees if the client wants changes done sooner than 14 days.

At Chaminda Tennakoon Ltd., we strive to provide the best social media marketing services to our clients. We would like to inform you that we change our terms and conditions from time to time to better serve you. Whenever we make any changes to our terms and conditions, we will notify you via the email address you provided us with. It is your responsibility to keep your email address updated with us to ensure that you receive any updates to our terms and conditions. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any changes made to our terms and conditions, you may choose to terminate your services with us.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
